摘要:研究采用HPLC法对5个不同品种的柴胡(Bupleurum chinense DC.)根样品进行了柴胡皂苷a、柴胡皂苷d的定量分析。结果表明,不同品种中柴胡皂苷a、柴胡皂苷d含量差异较大,这可能与柴胡的生长环境、采收年限等因素的影响有关。与传统方法相比较,HPLC法不仅操作简便、快捷,而且分析方法准确,重现性好。
