今天，我们在这里盛大举办初三百日誓师大会，这是出征的战鼓，进军的号角。100天，我们准备打一场美丽的胜仗；100天，我们预备播种三年的幻想。这是我们的盼望，也是我们的誓言。
三年前，我们收获了生机。
三年来，我们摸爬滚打，与难题奋斗，与时间赛跑。回忆从前一千多个日昼夜夜，我们浏览过能够垒成山的书籍，做完了满天飞的试卷；我们有过成绩一步步回升的喜悦，也有过成就滑落的泪水，我们怀揣父母殷切的眼光，我们刻画着心中的蓝图。而今，我们也站在上一届学长学姐的加速起跑线上，只等着那一声枪响，奔赴那中考的战场。
记得有位愚人曾说过：“如果你想进入天堂，那么请参加中考。假如你想进入地狱，那么请加入中考。”中考是一个人生的分水岭，中考是一场特别的成人礼，是一个实力展示的大舞台，是人生战场的漫道雄关！它既是常识、才能、速度、心理、体能、标准的竞争，又是实力、智力、毅力的测验，是精、严、细、实的比拼。经历过中考的人，人生的经历会变得丰盛；经历过中考的人，人生的颜色会变得残暴；经历过中考的人，将来人活路上的风浪会变得微小；阅历过中考的人，全部人生都会因此而变得更富内涵。
同学们，在你促前行的路上，你并不孤独，，有父母家人的叮咛与嘱托，更有我们师生艰险共担，风雨同行。作为初三先生的代表，我倍感幸运，在此肃穆时刻，我代表初三全部老师慎重许诺：
